Whimsy Spotlight Wednesday..."Scentsy"

The Spotlight this week is something I am passionate about...

I believe that scents play an important role with decorating your home. When having anyone enter my home, including me, I want it to smell good. All the little details can make a it feel warm and inviting. Just as colors, lighting and fabrics add the elements for creating the atmosphere you want, scents do too.

The first time I had heard about Scentsy, was when I moved to New Mexico. I had many different friends that I heard talking about their Scentsy warmers or new scents they had just bought. I have always loved to have candles in my home and have many. I rotate them throughout the seasons. Hearing everyone go on about Scentsy, I thought it couldn't possible be better than my candles. Well, I was wrong. This is not just any ordinary candle warmer. No, it is unique and designed to heat the most aromatic scented wax by using just a 25 watt light bulb! It is safe,no soot or fires to worry about and more cost effective than candles. I still like to use my candles for decorating and special occasions, but I enjoy using my Scentsy everyday!

Sara is wife to a great husband and a mother to 4 beautiful children, 3 boys and 1 girl. She is already very busy being a mother, wife...keeping up with her house, projects, church and yet still she has found some time in there for her business with Scentsy. As you can see her schedule has very little time in to add too many hours or time away from the people she loves most. Yet being a part of a great company like Scentsy she can still have something she enjoys doing and make some extra income as well taking only a few hours a week. What a great Company to work for!

Sara and I have now been friends for the last 2 1/2 years. She always makes you feel welcomed with her beautiful smile and has such a sweet personality that is so enjoyable to be around! I of course am always happy to buy my Scentsy with her too! So many smells (over 80!), styles of warmers and other great items to choose from. I just love Scentsy!

I love that if I want to smell something good, all I have to do is click the switch on my warmer and within 10-15 mins. great smells are drifting throughout my home. I don't have to worry about a flame that could cause a fire, wick disappearing in my wax or soot build up. It is convenient, stylish and if I tire of a scent or want to change it...so easy, pour it back into my case it comes in and use it again later! Love it!
