Kai and I Boutique

As I have mentioned in other posts, the internet has touched my life in ways I never thought possible. We live in a day and age where there is almost nothing we don't use the computer for. We can bank, shop, e-mail, mapquest, blog and if your like me...Facebook, at the touch of our fingertips. How amazing is it that we can be back in touch with long lost friends, family, new friends, and nearby friends without leaving our homes?! On a daily basis, you can connect, catch up and stay in touch with people you see every day or haven't spoken to in years.

What does the Whimsy Spotlight have to do with technology, or for that matter...Facebook? The Designer I am sharing with you is a friend that I connected again with after 18, many years since High School…because of FB! She is the owner/designer of beautiful, handmade, quality children's clothing and accessories

Meet Leslie. My sweet, creative friend and talented Designer behind this adorable children's boutique.

Leslie lives in Washington state, with her beautiful family. She is blessed to be the mother to one very sweet boy, and a wife to a wonderful husband.

Leslie has been sewing for over 20 years and is an excellent seamstress! She opened her boutique in 2008 as a way to have a creative outlet and make a little money at the same time. Her clothing and accessories reflect high-end children boutiques, without the prices. Her impeccable taste in colors, fabrics and patterns always makes for the cutest outfits! Leslie designs for her own boutique as well as some other exclusive boutiques where she lives. Custom orders is something she welcomes and you can always expect handmade quality items made with love in each stitch. When buying an item on her website, you will get to pick your fabric, pattern and colors so it is personalized to your taste.

Here is a glimpse of what she carries in her boutique. I know you will love these very whimsy and cute items...

How cute is this?!

This is the Cherie` dress done in an owl corduroy.

This would look great as is, with a t-shirt underneath,
turtleneck for fall or you could even pair it with pants.

A custom dress she did with a girly little purse!

These adorable pants are called "pillowcase pants'.

Designed for boys or girls!

2 looks in one! Reversible jacket made with anti-pill
fleece on one side and a trendy cotton print on the other.

Fun zoo animal print!

This was a custom ordered dress. So pretty!

I love little booties on babies!

These slip ons are lined with Minky~so soft.

Snuggie Footies and Mary Janes
are just a few that she carries.

Nursing covers in assorted fabrics.
This one is Amy Butler!

Little bucket hats, keeps the sun off those sweet faces.

Now that you have seen how cute Leslie's clothing and accessories are, there is so much more to see on her site. If you have something in mind, she can design it!
